Blue eye shadow is never something I've got on well with but come Winter I always try to give it a go. I really a a plan of a pale face with a pinky lip and cheek when going with a shimmery light blue eye. I much refer light shimmery blues in Winter. If I ever try a blue in Summer it's always a very bright blue. Let me know about what you try out in a certain season that you may not usually like.
